Where to Park
Our park-over property has a large gravel area for caravans and self-contained vehicles
Although there is currently no specific designated parking area, if parking near the shed, we prefer caravans/motorhomes to park next to the red shed or between the red shed and the red barn.
There is also some additional parking at the back of the house. If parking there, we like to keep the entrance way free, to our undercover parking
In the information and on the map below, you will see that there are specific parking numbers, if you have a particular site you would like to park at, do let us know. These details are also to let you know where to park, if we are not around, to show you in person
For parking 3 - If at all possible, please try to avoid parking in front of, or very close to the Red Barn and the barn windows. Thank you

Please avoid parking in front of the barn window

One caravan plug power point is on the outside of the big red shed. There is a tap near the power point as well

Park anywhere in front of the right hand side of the big red shed. You are welcome to use the space inside the shed or park lengthways with your door opening facing the inside of the shed
Power point 2 is a standard NZ
3 pin plug point, inside the big red shed. You will find it under the flap (see arrow)
We do have a caravan adapter which you can use. If required, please advise when booking or on arrival

Parking is best on the side of the grey water tank, nearer the paddocks or at the beginning of the silver shed. It is fine to stick out more towards the parking at the back of the barn. If you park beside the silver shed, please avoid parking directly where the barn window/s is/are

There is a caravan plug power point inside the small silver shed
There is a small hole cut out at the bottom of the door for the electricity cable to go through

Parking 4 and Power point 4
See the diagram to get to parking 4. You will follow the gravel driveway between the main brick house and the paddocks, towards the fruit orchard
For power, park near the garage, close to the fruit orchard
There is a NZ 3 pin plug. If the caravan adapter is not being used, you can use this to plug in. We do this from the room behind the garage. Ideally a long extension cable is needed +-25m
If power is not needed, parking in front of the fruit orchard gate is fine

Other Parking, unpowered
There is plenty of space for caravans and motorhomes that do not require power. There will generally always be an open spot to park, if you need a place to park at our POP
Property layout from Google maps, with some information
Note: Despite there being seven caravans in this photo from Google, we seldom have as many, or more, than 4 caravans at any given time. What it hopefully shows is that there is plenty of space!
On the odd occasion, we will get a group of people. When that happens, unless they choose to be together, we tend to spread caravans out, and make use of the space behind our house, ie Parking 4

Prices
Per night, per caravan/campervan - up to 4 people*
Non-Powered Site, *per caravan (up to x4 people), per night = $20.00
Powered Site, *per caravan (up to 4 people), per night = $27.00 (Winter price from 1 May to 31 October)
*We have a limit of 6 people per caravan/campervan
If more than 4 people, it will be $25 for a non-powered site and $32 for a powered site, per night
We do not, unfortunately, charge less for a single person in a caravan/motorhome. As, regardless that there is only one person, the caravan takes about the same amount of space and if plugged in, takes up a powered site.
Reminder: If at all possible, please try to avoid parking in front of, or very close to, the Red Barn. Thank you!
